Gas comes outthrough flare nut on wide pipe. If nogas is discharged, tighten flare nutwith specified torque.(4) Open 2-way and 3-way valvesusing specified torque.(5) Tighten the caps on the valveswith specified torque.Valve rodValve cap7-920-25Tighten torque N.mDuring this procedure, 50g or 80g(22k) refrigerant will be discharged in piping.(This must be strictly controlled within 90o and 10 sec.)Brand new outdoor unit is charged 50g or 80g(22k) more refrigerant than regulatedweight.
