Choose the connection which is best for you.VCR ConnectionTo avoid picture noise (interference), leave an adequatedistance between the VCR and TV.on the remote control, and then press 5/6button toselect the source, press the button to confirm.DVD SetupHow to connectConnect the DVD video outputs (Y, Pb/Cb, Pr/Cr)A to the COMPONENT (Y, Pb/Cb, Pr/Cr) input jacks onthe TV and connect the DVD audio outputs to theAUDIO jacks on the TV’ as shown in the figure.If your DVD only has an S-Video output jack,A cconnect this to the S-Video input on the TV andConnect the DVD audio outputs to the AV IN jackson the TV, as shown in the figue.COMPONENT INAV1OUTNoteIf your DVD player dose not have componentvideo output,use S-Video.How to useTurn on the DVD player, insert a DVD.AUse theB SOURCE button on the remote control,andthen press 5/6button to to select COMPONENTmode, press the button to confirm.PressC Play button on external equipment forprogram play.Refer to the DVD player’s manual for operatingD instructions.HDMI or DVI SetupCOMPONENT INAV1OUTConnection Option 1Set VCR output switch to channel 3 or 4 and then tunethe TV to the same channel number.Connection Option 2Connect the audio and video cables from the VCR’sA output jacks to the TV input jacks, as shown in thefigure. When connecting the TV to VCR, match thejack colors (Video = yellow, Audio Left = white, andAudio Right = red). If you connect a S-VIDEO outputfrom VCR to the S-VIDEO input, the picture quality isimproved; compared to connecting a regular VCR tothe Video input.Insert a video tape into the VCR and pressB PLAY onthe VCR.
