Thisnot only helps protect your health but also en-sures delicious cakes and roasts.1. Operate the oven with dripping pan, ovenrack and baking tray for 60 minutes at250 °C.2. Allow the oven to fully cool down.3. Clean the cooking compartment of theoven, as well as the dripping pan, ovenracks and baking trays with a little soapywater and then wipe everything dry.Cleaning the housing surface– After cooling, thoroughly clean the surfac-es with warm rinsing water or all-purposecleaner.– For stainless steel surfaces, you can alsouse special care products made just forstainless steel surfaces.Cleaning the cookingcompartment– Switch on the oven light only for cleaning.– Clean the cooking compartment and bak-ing tray guides after every use, if possible,and rinse with warm clean water.– Clean the door seal in the same way, butbe very careful as it is only attached in cer-tain places, and is otherwise loose.Steam cleaningSteam cleaning is a wet cleaning processthat uses steam to remove light stains anddirt. That’s how you clean the cooking com-partment in an energy-efficient manner whileconserving materials.1. Remove the oven rack and baking tray.2. Slide the dripping pan into the lowest racklevel and pour about 0.5 litres of waterinto it.3. Turn the dial to top and bottom heat andthe temperature controller to 100°C.4. After 30 minutes of operation, switch theoven off again and allow everything tocool down so that the oven walls are onlylukewarm.5. Use potholders or something similar to re-move the dripping pan from the oven andpour away the remaining water.6. Wipe the cooking compartment off with adamp cloth or sponge.7.
