Complete rebuild kits areavailable from HARDI® (check the table below for part numbers).1. Remove the valve cover 1. Before changing the valves 2, note theorientation of the valves so that they are replaced correctly.2. It is recommended to use new O-rings 3 when changing or checkingvalves.3. Remove diaphragm covers 4 to gain access to the diaphragms.4. Remove the diaphragm bolts 5. The diaphragms 6 may now bechanged.5. If fluids have reached the crankcase, regrease the pump thoroughly.Also make sure the drain hole at the bottom of the pump is notblocked.6.
