DRPC-120-BTi Embedded SystemPage 173.1 Installation PrecautionsDuring installation, be aware of the precautions below: Read the user manual: The user manual provides a complete description ofthe DRPC-120-BTi, installation instructions and configuration options. DANGER! Disconnect Power: Power to the DRPC-120-BTi must bedisconnected during the installation process. Failing to disconnect the powermay cause severe injury to the body and/or damage to the system. Qualified Personnel: The DRPC-120-BTi must be installed and operatedonly by trained and qualified personnel. Maintenance, upgrades, or repairsmay only be carried out by qualified personnel who are familiar with theassociated dangers. Air Circulation: Make sure there is sufficient air circulation when installing theDRPC-120-BTi. The DRPC-120-BTi’s cooling vents must not be obstructed byany objects. Blocking the vents can cause overheating of the DRPC-120-BTi.Leave at least 5 cm of clearance around the DRPC-120-BTi to preventoverheating. Grounding: The DRPC-120-BTi should be properly grounded. The voltagefeeds must not be overloaded. Adjust the cabling and provide externalovercharge protection per the electrical values indicated on the label attachedto the back of the DRPC-120-BTi.3.1.1 High Surface TemperatureWARNING:Some surfaces of the equipment may become hot during operation.The surface temperature may be up to several tens of degrees hotterthan the ambient temperature. Under these circumstances, theequipment needs to be protected against accidental contact.The equipment is intended for installation in a RESTRICTED ACCESS LOCATION.
