On cooktopswith white or biscuit ceramic glass, soils and stains may be morevisible, and may require more cleaning and care. Dropping aheavy or hard object onto the cooktop could crack thecooktop.• To avoid damage to the cooktop, do not leave a hot lid on thecooktop. As the cooktop cools, air can become trappedbetween the lid and the cooktop, and the ceramic glass couldbreak when the lid is removed.
