Also, check the power rating ofthe appliance and ensure that the wire issuitably sized to suit the appliance powerrating (refer to the Technical data chapter).The rating plate is located on the lower cas-ing of the hob.The appliance is not provided with mainscable. Buy the right one from specializeddealer. Single-phase or two-phase connec-tion requires the mains cable of type H05BB-F/H05V2V2-F Tmax 90°C (equal orhigher).The appliance works perfectly on AC 230 V,AC220V~ or AC240V~ 50Hz electrical net-work.You must have the means for disconnectionincorporated in the fixed wiring. Have theappliance connected to the mains using adevice that allows the appliance to be dis-connected from the mains at all poles with acontact opening width of at least 3 mm, eg.automatic line protecting cut-out, earthleakage trips or fuse.You must have the connection and the con-necting links carried out as shown in theconnection diagram (it is located on the un-derneath surface of the casting of the hob).The earth lead is connected to terminalmarked with the symbol and must belonger than leads carrying electric current.Tighten the terminal screws securely! Finally,secure the connecting cable with the mainscable cleat and the covering closed bypressing firmly (lock into place).Warning!
