Provided that the flue hole iscut accurately, e.g. with acore drill, the flue can beinstalled from inside thebuilding.Installation from insideONLYb. If a core boring tool is to beused inside the building; thespace in which the boiler isto be installed must be atleast wide enough toaccommodate the tool.Pelmet restrictions.If the ability to fit or remove thecasing during installation andsubsequent servicing is impairedby pelmets etc. this operation canbe made easier by first removingthe controls pod casing in linewith the following instructions:a. Release the controls podcasing fixing screws (a) 3 fullturns only. Remove the pod bypulling it forward to disengagefrom the keyhole slots.b. Undo the 2 screws (b)retaining casing to the backpanel.c. The casing can now beremoved in the direction of thearrow, first lifting the casingslightly to disengage thecasing top return from theback panel. (For this purposea minimum clearance of12mm is required betweenthe top of the boiler andpelmet or other similarobstruction.Front clearance: 533mm (21")from the front of the boilercasing.Minimum front clearance whenbuilt behind a concealing panelis 5mm (1/4") provided that thetop and bottom of the casing areNOT enclosed.2 BOILER CLEARANCES
