24 Mexico Super RS 3/60P - 3/100P - InstallationSERVICINGSERVICING1. Lift off the front door - Refer toFrame 30.2. Pull off the thermostat knob.3. Remove the 2 screws and pull downthe control panel tabs clear of thetop panel.4. Remove the thermostat phial fromthe pocket - refer to Frame 30.5. Remove the bottom self tapper andremove the cover.6. Remove the top screw and ease thecontrol box off the control panel.7. Remove the 2 screws to releasethe thermostat bracket.8. Disconnect the electrical leads.9. Unscrew the thermostat nut towithdraw the thermostat.10. Fit the new thermostat and re-assemble in reverse order.39 PILOT BURNER REPLACEMENT - RS 3/60P & RS 3/75P ONLY1. Lift off front panel and remove the grilleassembly - refer to Frames 30 & 31.Undo the gas cock union.Remove the burner and controls assembly.2. Remove the ignition electrode. Refer toFrames 45.3. Unscrew the thermocouple nut and pull thethermocouple clear.4. Undo the pilot supply pipe connection andease clear of the pilot burner. DO NOT losethe pilot injector, which is a push-fit in thepilot burner housing.40 PILOT BURNER REPLACEMENT - RS 3/100P ONLY1. Fit the new pilot burner and re-assemble in reverse order,ensuring that:a. The injector is in position whenrefitting the pilot supply.b. A gas-tight joint is made.c. The spark gap is correct.
