14 Mexico Super RS485 - RS4125 - Installation & ServicingINSTALLATION11 PREPARING THE BOILER Note.Before placing the boiler in the selected position any gasand water connections at the rear of the boiler should beprepared, due to the possible lack of access.1. Screw the distributor tube (supplied with a 1" BSP x28mm copper adaptor) into the selected heating returntapping, using an appropriate jointing material.IMPORTANT.It is IMPERATIVE that the index mark on the distributortube bush is in alignment with the mark on the sectionboss, as shown in Frame 7.DO NOT disturb it when connecting subsequentpipework.Fully pumped systems using more than 1 pump,serving separate zones, must have a common returnconnection to the distributor tube.2. Select the desired pumped flow tapping.3. Screw the supplied boiler thermostat pocket into theappropriate front section tapping, using an approvedjointing material. Refer to Tables 7 and 8.4. Connect pipe fittings to the rear tappings and plug anyunused tappings.Note. The terminal MUST NOTcome into contact with acombustible materialsuch as that used in non-standard construction oftimber frame andplasterboard etc.
