This menu lists Speed, AutoPan, and other advanced PTZ camera control optionsavailable for the camera. Options that are not availablefor the selected PTZ camera remain inactive.You can use the mouse to control PTZ cameras.Left-click on the mouse and drag to move thecamera in the desired direction and use the mousewheel to zoom in/out.While in PTZ mode, place the mouse pointer closeto the bottom edge of the screen to display the PTZTools window.PTZ Camera Pan and TiltZoom In/OutFocus Near / FarIRIS Open / CloseSet / Move to PresetAdvanced PTZ• The exact PTZ protocol supported by the cameramust be specified in order to use the NVR's PTZcontrols.• Drag and drop to reposition the PTZ Toolswindow.• Select the icon to hide the PTZ Tools window.Event MonitoringWhen an event occurs, the NVR automatically displaysthe channel linked to the event and shows theicon on the system status area on the upper rightportion of the screen. To use the Event Monitoringfeature, navigate to Display Setup > OSD and enableEvent Monitoring. Event Monitoring remains in effectthroughout the entire Linked Recording Time. Afterthat, the NVR will return to the previous screen if anew event does not take place. Pressing the Layoutor a Camera button before the end of the LinkedRecording Time reverts the system to Live mode.Covert CameraUse this feature to assign Covert Camera Viewpermissions.Navigate to Camera Setup > General and designatecameras as Covert 1 or Covert 2.• Covert 1: Hides images from the camera in Livemode but does indicate the camera's title andstatus via icons.• Covert 2: The camera is indicated as being inactive.Images from the camera are not shown. Cameratitle and status icons are not shown.
