You should be able tohave 10 metres (33 feet) of distance between the headset and the connecteddevice when there are no major objects in the way (Walls etc.)I cannot hear anything in the headsetIncrease the volume in the headset and on the music player. Ensure that theheadset is paired to a device that is playing.
