The cylinder valve should be in the “OFF”position. If not, turn the valve clockwise until itstops.2. Inspect the valve connections, port andregulator assembly. Look for any damage ordebris. Remove debris and inspect the hose fordamage.5. When connecting the regulator assembly to thevalve, use your hand to tighten the nutclockwise until it stops. Use of a wrench coulddamage the quick coupling nut and result in ahazardous situation.6. Open the cylinder valve fully by turning thevalve counterclockwise.7. Before lighting the grill, use a soap and watersolution to check all the connections for leaks.8.
