Prior to inserting the plug, test theconnection for leaks following the leaktest instructions on page 11. After theleak test is completed, rinse theconnection with clean water to removeany corrosive residue.3. Do not use open flame to test for leaks.WARNINGWhen lighting, keep your face and hands as faraway from the grill as possible.WARNINGFailure to properly place the burner over theorifice could cause a fire to occur behind andbeneath the valve panel, thereby damaging thegrill and making it unsafe to operate.WARNINGDo not leave the grill unattended whilecooking.WARNINGDo not use the grill if the odor of gas ispresent. There should be a minimumclearance of 24 inches from all sides tocombustible materials. Outdoor cookingappliance shall not be used underoverhead combustible construction.WARNINGA tank of approximately 12 inches in diameter by 18-1/2 inches high is the maximum size LP gas tank touse. You must use an OPD gas tank, which offersan Overfill Prevention Device.This safety feature prevents the tank from beingoverfilled, which can cause malfunction of the LP gastank, regulator and/or grill.CAUTIONWhen using the rotisserie burner, remove thewarming rack. High heat from the burner maycause the warming rack to bend.CAUTIONWhen using a match to light the grill make sureto use the attached lighting rod.CAUTIONBefore cleaning, make sure the gas supply andcontrol knobs are in the “OFF” position and theburners have cooled.WARNINGKeep any electrical supply cord away from anyheated surface.WARNINGMake sure the light switch is on “OFF” positionand power plug is disconnected from poweroutlet prior to cleaning the glass cover..WARNINGWARNINGTo ensure continued protection against electric shock:1. Connect to properly grounded outlets only.2. Do not expose to rain.3.
