See the cleaning instructions in“Refrigerator Care.”Install Custom Overlay PanelIMPORTANT:■ Create custom overlay panel according to the specifications inthe “Custom Overlay Panel” section.■ Jenn-Air is not responsible for the removal or addition ofmolding or decorative panels that would not allow access tothe refrigerator for service.Remove the DoorIMPORTANT: Do not remove the grease from the washer, topspacer or top hinge pin. Be sure to set aside the top hinge, topspacer and washer for later use.1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the three screws from thetop hinge. Remove the top hinge.2. Remove the three screws from the top spacer. Remove thetop spacer and washer.3. Open the door. Lift the front of the door up, pulling straight outto remove as shown.Attach the Overlay PanelNOTE: If the overlay hooks are not installed, see “Custom OverlayPanel” for overlay hook locations.1. Position the overlay panel ¹⁄₂" (1.27 cm) higher than the door.Be sure to position the overlay hooks to the pilot holes.2. Insert the overlay hooks into the top of the holes in the door.Push against the overlay panel to force the overlay hooksdeeper into the door. Pull the overlay panel straight down tosecure the overlay hooks to the door.3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, attach the overlay plates to thebottom of the overlay panel and door as shown.A. Shelves and covers may break if exposed tosudden temperature changes or impact, such as bumping.Tempered glass is designed to shatter into many small,pebble-size pieces. This is normal.
