Hydrogen gas is explosive. Ifthe hot water system has not been used for such aperiod, turn on all hot water faucets and let the waterflow from each for several minutes. This will release anyaccumulated hydrogen gas. As the gas is flammable, donot smoke or use an open flame during this process.12.
