After the installa-tion is complete, makesure the input level control on the amp isturned down all the way (counterclockwise orall the way to the left). Play a tape or CD(make sure bass and treble settings or EQ areflat too) and turn the volume up slowly untilyou just start to hear distortion. Now back thevolume down just a bit. On the amp, slowlyturn up the input level control (clockwise or tothe right) until you just start to hear distortionand back it down a bit.
