Pull the nozzle to make sureit is seated properly.STEP 5: Connect the high pressurehose to the discharge nipple. Pushcoupler collar forward until secure.STEP 2: Attach wand to spray gunusing teflon tape on wand threads.STEP 3: Pull spring-loaded collarof the wand coupler back to insertyour choice of pressure nozzle.STEP 6: Connect garden hose tothe cold water source.STEPS 8 and 9 for Electric Start Machines Only ( HD 4.0/40 Ge and HD 4.0/40 GeB)ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSSTEP 7: Check inlets filters, re-move debris, then connect thegarden hose to pump water inlet.CAUTION: Do not run the pumpwithout water or pump damagewill result.STEP 8: Place battery in battery box. Use a standard12 volt battery.STEP 9: To reduce the possi bili ty of sparking attach thewires to the battery in the following order.Refere toimage aside.
