Thereceiver also feeds the VCR socket with the recording so that you canadditionally record the programme on an external recorder at thesame time.All DVR functions are active during the timer recording. So you canstart playing the recording in time-shift mode even though therecording has already started before. The recording can only bestopped by pressing (stand-by) and - the 'hard disk contents'are displayed– or by pressing .After the time given by the timer has run out, the receiverautomatically switches to stand-by mode.Note: Receiving and recording at the same time as well as receiving and thereplay of another programme at the same time is not possible!Stopping the RecordingAfter the time given by the EPG or set by you has run out, therecording stops automatically. The 'hard disk contents' are displayed.By pressing you get back to the original programme.Receiving another programme is not possible while a programmeis being recorded on the hard disk.However, you can stop the recording yourself, too. To do so, press or , the 'hard disk contents' are displayed. By pressing oncemore, you are asked whether you want to stop the recording, confirmthat with . Then, 'recording stopped' is displayed on the screen andthe HD programme overview is retained. The programme recorded asfar as that is indicated at the end of the list. Press to have theordinary TV screen again.
