Thisagreement establishes the conditions under which thecustomer uses this “Licensed Software.”The customer shall agree to the terms of this licenseagreement before proceeding to use LicensedSoftware.This agreement is deemed to have taken effect whenthe customer (hereinafter called “User”) has used aproduct implementation of Licensed Software.The Licensed Software may contain software Licensorhas been licensed to use by third parties directlyor indirectly. Some third parties may have terms ofuse prescribed for their customers, apart from thisSoftware License Agreement. This agreement does notapply to such software. Be sure to consult “ImportantNotice on Software” as presented separately.Article 1 (General)Licensor grants to User a non-exclusive, non-assignable right of use Licensed Software withinthe country where the User purchases the Product(hereinafter the "Country") (except for the exceptionprovided for in Paragraph 1, Article 3).Article 2 (Right of Use)1. The rise of use granted under this agreement is theright to use Licensed Software in this product.2. User may not duplicate, copy, modify, add to,translate or otherwise alter, or loan licensed Softwareand the associated literature in whole or in part.3. Use of Licensed Software is limited to a privateextent , and Licensed Software may not bedistributed, licensed or sublicensed for any purposeswhatsoever, including commercial use.4. User shall use Licensed Software as per theinstruction manual or instructions given in the helpfile and may not use or duplicate data in violationsof the regulations of the Copyright Law or othergoverning laws by using Licensed Software in wholeor in part.
