Compensation ClaimShould any complaints, lawsuits or similar claims beasserted against us by other Users or third parties forany reasons attributable to the User in connectionwith the Service, we reserve the right to claim fromthe concerned User any damages, costs and expenseswhich we may incur (including compensation,attorney fees and legal costs).6. Ownership of Intellectual Property RightsAll intellectual property rights (including but notlimited to copyrights, design rights, patent, utilitymodel rights, trademark, trade secrets, and know-how), the portrait rights, privacy, publicity rightsand other personal rights, and proprietary rights orother property rights of the information, text, image,program, layout, design, architecture, and othersrelated to the Service are owned by us, or providedto us under license from the rights holder except forthe rights of the thing which are made by User. Theunauthorized copying, alteration, or sublicensing ofsuch intellectual property rights, in whole or in part,without our consent may be prohibited by applicablelaw.Further, our trade names, trademarks, logo marks andproduct names, some of which are registered, areused as names and symbols for commercial purposes.Also, trademarks, service names, symbols and othermarks belonging to other parties, such as companiesand individuals, are also included in the Service.7. Use of Public InformationWe may save and store all information (including butnot limited to text information, image information,and others) that were released, posted, uploaded, orsaved by User via the Service. Furthermore, User shallagree that we may use such information as describedpreviously in every possible condition toward smoothoperation and improvement of the Service.8. Usage FeeThe Service shall be offered without charge to theUser. However, the environment that is necessary foruse this Service shall be prepared by User on his ownresponsibility and liability including any miscellaneousexpenses such as provider, electricity, packetcommunication, and others.9. User InformationIn order to take advantage of the Service, the Usermust first register user account name, password,the User’s valid e-mail address and arbitraryUser’s information via the next page (collectively“Information”). We shall properly manage and keepInformation as important data in conformity withour “Privacy Policy” and shall only use Information forissuing notices regarding completion of registration,maintenance of Service, suspension of Service, andprocedures for reissuance of passwords. We shall notdisclose Information for any purposes other than theforegoing without the prior consent of the User.10. Governing LawThe Agreement shall be governed by and construedin accordance with the laws of Japan.
