Your navigation system alerts youwhen you are approaching a safety camera andcan warn you if you are driving too fast. The datais updated at least weekly, so you always haveaccess to the most up-to-date information.You can purchase a new region or extend anexisting subscription at any time. Each region thatyou purchase has an expiration date.Custom POIs (Points of Interest)You can manually load custom points of interest(POI) databases, available from various companieson the Internet. Some custom POI databasescontain alert information for points such as safetycameras and school zones. The navigation systemcan notify you when you approach one of thesepoints. You are responsible for ensuring that youruse of safety camera information is lawful in yourarea.WARNINGGarmin and JVC KENWOOD are not responsible forthe consequences of using custom POI databases,or for the accuracy of custom POI databases.After downloading your POI database, use theGarmin POI Loader to install the POIs onto aUSB mass storage device.
