If the unit is unstable, itmay malfunction (for example, the soundmay skip).Japanese cars1 Remove the hard rubber frame withreference to frame>.2 Align the holes in the unit (two locationson each side) with the vehicle mountingbracket and secure the unit with theaccessory screws.8 mmMAX.ø5mm ø5mm8mmMAX.TN TNT/NT: Toyota carsN: Nissan carsAccessory3...For Nissan carAccessory4...For Toyota car3 4Removing the hard rubber frame1 Engage the catch pins on the removaltool and release the two locks on theupper part of frame.Lift up and pull the frame forward asshown in the figure.CatchLockRemoval tool (Accessory2)2 When the upper part of frame isremoved, remove the lower part of frame.⁄• The frame can be removed from thebottom side in the same manner.Removing the unit1 Remove the hard rubber frame withreference to frame>.2 Remove the faceplate.3 Insert the two removal tools deeply intothe slots on both sides as shown.4 Lower the removal tool toward thebottom, and then pull out the unithalfway while pressing the removal tooltowards the inside.Accessory2¤• Be careful to avoid injury from the catchpins on the removal tool.5 Pull the unit all the way out with yourhands, being careful not to drop it.
