4 | Quick Start GuideFirst stepExit Demonstration ModeTurn off the demonstration modewhen you use it for the first time afterinstallation.1 Press the [VOL] knob to quit thedemonstration mode when themessages “To Cancel Demo Press thevolume knob” are displayed (approx. 15seconds).2 Turn the [VOL] knob to select “YES”, andthen press the [VOL] knob.The demonstration mode can also becanceled in the Menu List mode.Refer to (page 35) of Instruction manual.Adjusting the Date1 Press the [MENU] button to enter theMenu List mode.2 The item can be selected anddetermined as follows.”Settings” ➜ “Clock & Date” ➜ “DateAdjust”To select the item, turn the [VOL] knob.To determine the item, press the [VOL]knob.3 Press [4] or [¢] button to selectyear, month, or date to set.4 Turn the [VOL] knob to adjust the year,month, and date.5 Press the [MENU] button to finish thedate adjusting.6 Turn the [VOL] knob to select “DateMode select”, and then press the [VOL]knob.7 Turn the [VOL] knob to select Dateformat, and then press the [VOL] knob.8 Press the [MENU] knob for at least 1second, and then press it again briefly toexit the Menu List mode.[MENU] [VOL][¢][4]
