While pressing the [Volume]knob and the [MENU] button, press the[SRC] button for at least 3 seconds. The unitreturns to factory settings when the resetoperation is complete.SRC MENU VolumeCleaning the UnitIf the faceplate of this unit is stained, wipe itwith a dry soft cloth such as a silicon cloth.If the faceplate is stained badly, wipe thestain off with a cloth moistened with aneutral cleaner, then wipe it again with aclean soft dry cloth.Applying spray cleaner directly to the unitmay affect its mechanical parts. Wipingthe faceplate with a hard cloth or using avolatile liquid such as thinner or alcoholmay scratch the surface or erase characters.Notes• If you experience problems duringinstallation, consult your Kenwood dealer.• When you purchase optional accessories,check with your Kenwood dealer to makesure that they work with your model andin your area.• Characters that conform to ISO 8859-1can be displayed.• The RDS or RBDS feature won’t workwhere the service is not supported by anybroadcasting station.• The illustrations of the display and thepanel appearing in this manual areexamples used to explain more clearlyhow the controls are used.
