Dueto the frequency stability on the 6.25 kHz bandwidth channel, whenoperating the repeater using an optional OCXO unit, allow the unit towarm up for 24 hours after turning the power on.After turning on the power, wait for approximately 10 seconds forthe VCXO or 5 minutes for the OCXO (when mounting) to warm up.During this time, the CH/STATUS Display will blink. The keys willfunction when they are pressed.When power is applied to the unit, the POWER indicator lightsgreen. Turn the VOLUME control clockwise until a click sounds, tounmute the audio. Rotate to adjust the audio.
