With a portable computer, it allowsyou to easily enjoy Packet operation.• Includes a program for dealing with data formats supported by Automatic Packet/Position Reporting System (APRS®).• Contains a total of 1000 Memory channels to program frequencies and other variousdata. Each Memory channel can be named using up to 8 alphanumeric characters.• Continuous Tone Coded Squelch System (CTCSS) or Digital Code Squelch (DCS)rejects unwanted calls from other stations.WriTing ConvenTions FolloWed in This ManualThe writing conventions described below have been followed to simplifyinstructions and avoid unnecessary repetition.Instruction ActionPress [KEY].
