4-2-2. Frequency SelectionFrequency can be changed in the VFO mode. The selectedfrequencies of the main band can be stored in the Memorychannels, and the Call channel (TM-621A/721A).(See Memory Entry page 23, CALL CHANNEL page 25.)You can select the VFO mode, MEMORY Recall mode, andCALL Channel mode using the following keys.VFO modeMR/M key CALL keyufVO kev! VEO key.CALL key| mode |= | CALL channel modeMEMORY Channel NOs MRI/M key __(TM-621A/721A)It is impossible to change the mode directly in the SUBband.It is possible to transfer the mode of the MAIN bandto/from SUB band.Exchange the BandPress the BAND key. Eachtime the BAND key is pressed,the contents of the SUB band are exchanged with theMAIN band.@ MAIN BAND@ VFO mode +H1. Press the VFO key to select the VFOmode.2. Rotate the MAIN Tuning control, MHzkeys, or Microphone UP/DWN switches to select the desired frequency.163. To return to the VFO mode press the[KENWOOD® Memory Recall mode. Press the MR/M key. The previouslyselected memory channel will bedisplayed on the LCD display.2.
