INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR “CHÂTEAU” RANGE - G408NOTINSTALG4/EN - 388WARRANTY (5 YEARS)Following receipt of full payment for our goods, ourappliances are guaranteed five years from the invoicedate against any structural faults and any materialdefects. The warranty excludes improper use of theappliance or a non-compliant installation. Interventionand travel costs will be billed in this event.If our goods were to dysfunction, the buyer then has tocontact us once he has ensured that it is not due to anon-compliant installation or abnormal use in order todecide with us how the appliance should be repaired.The appliance should be cleaned and clean prior to anyintervention.Any complaints with regard to the state, thepresentation or the non-compliance of our goodsshould be addressed to our headquarters byrecommended letter with acknowledgement of receiptwithin a maximum of eight days following delivery.The application of the warranty will be subject to LACORNUE SAS receiving a certificate stating that thematerial has been installed by a professional inaccordance with the current technical and safetystandards.Under this warranty, the seller shall replace at no costthe parts recognized as faulty by its technicaldepartment. This warranty covers labour costs andtravelling expenses.The warranty period specified above shall not beextended if faulty parts need to be replaced.WE TAKE GREAT CARE INTHE CREATION OF OUR ENAMELLED ITEMS.However, a hand-crafted enamel surface is nevercompletely even and slight variations in shade mayoccur. This is a guarantee of quality and is linked tothe nature of our enamelling process.This warranty shall cease to apply:-If the operational defect is the result of anunauthorized intervention on the appliance;-If the faulty operation is due to normal wear andtear of the appliance or from negligence orinsufficient maintenance by the buyer;-If the faulty operation is due to force majeure.LA CORNUE SAS shall not be held legallyresponsible in these three cases.The seller’s guarantee and his responsibility forproducts shall be limited to repairs to any defects asstipulated in the above conditions.As expressly agreed between the contractingparties, the seller’s responsibility in the event of anoperational fault shall be limited to the aboveprovisions, especially with regard to concealeddefects as well as material and immaterial damage.In all cases, the buyer may not suspend payment ifhe lodges a complaint about the quality of thegoods.The goods are always transported at the buyer’s orhis representative’s own risks.
