Left turn the brightness of LEDwill getting lower or strobe slowly; right turn,the brightness of LED will getting brighter orstrobe faster.d) Boost Mode: in any state, push the frontswitch for 2 seconds to achieve boost mode.After 10 seconds the flashlight will return to theprevious setting.The Light Functions above are in a loop.Note that when switching modes, press the“Multi-function Wheel” switch on the back for nolonger than 4 seconds, otherwise the productwill turn off.6. “Transport Lock“When the H7.2 is off, push the front switch forapprox. 5 seconds till the light turns off in orderto enable the “Transport Lock.” Then the H7.2cannot be turned on again. The H7.2 thereforecannot be switched on; either intentionally orunintentionally and inadvertently consumeenergy.To deactivate the “Transport Lock”, just pressthe front switch again for 5 seconds. Theheadlamp will now return to the Light Program.7. Reset functionIf the alkaline batteries are taken out the batterybox you have "reset" the H7.2. You have thusreset a few functions so that the “TransportLock” (see Section 6) is deactivated and theLight Function Dim (see Section 5.1) is set to lowbrightness.8. Changing Alkaline BatteriesPrior to the change, turn off the H7.2.On the back of the battery back, where theheadband is attached, there is the gate to theinside of the battery box. Once you open thebattery box, there will be a silk tab that runsunderneath the battery. In order to remove thebattery pull the silk belt and then insert a newone.During insertion, it is always necessary that it isin the correct direction. Therefore, pay attentionto the polarities (+ and -) both on the batterybox and the alkaline batteries. Otherwise, thereis a risk for damage batteries and a possibleexplosion.After replacing the batteries, the cover of thebattery box has to be put back into place.To close the battery box, hold the battery boxand battery cover against each other in thesame direction, hook the battery cover abovethe multi-function switch, and then push thecover against the bottom, until you hear a small“click” sound. Then push the middle of the coveragain, until you hear another “click”. Now thebattery cover is securely closed.9. Head BandThe headband can be washed by water.Please refer to the picture to disassemble andassemble the headband.10. BatteriesNever use non rechargeable batteries andaccumulators together.Always change all batteries at the same time.In the H7.2, use only the alkaline batteries AAA/LR03/Micro (1.5 V DC).If you intend not to use the item for an extendedperiod, please take out the batteries to avoiddamage.Used batteries and accumulators have to betaken out and disposed of in accordance to locallaws.11. CleaningTo clean, use a dry, lint-free, clean cloth.If salt water is spilled on the head lamp, it mustbe immediately entirely removed with such acloth.The headband can be washed in a washingmachine at 30 °C.12. Scope of deliveryThe H7.2 headlamp is supplied with thefollowing accessories:1 x H7.2 Headband4 x AAA Alkaline batteries1 x Manual13. CautionDo not swallow any small parts or batteries/accumulators that are present. The productsor parts thereof (including batteries /accumulators) must be stored out of the reachof children.For safety and approval reasons (CE), theproduct must not be modified and/or changed.The product is to be used exclusively as anaccumulator or battery powered lamp. Ifthe H7.2 is used for any other purpose, orincorrectly, it can get damaged and a hazard-free use is no longer guaranteed (danger fromfire, short-circuit, electric shock etc.) andtherefore there will be no liability for harmanyone or damage to property. The warranty ofthe manufacturer is also rendered null and void.The H7.2 can be operated between -20 C° and+50 C° (or between -4 F° and 122 F°). Ensurethat the H7.2 is not subjected to more extremetemperatures, intense vibrations, explosiveatmosphere, solvents and/or vapors. Alsocontinuous exposure to direct sunlight, highhumidity and/or moisture must be avoided.Changes, repairs and maintenance over andabove those described in the documentsaccompanying the product may only be carriedout by authorized technical personnel.If it is found that the product is filled withfull batteries / accumulators in the correctorientation (polarity!) and properly closed, andstill unable to be function safely and normally,or the product shows damage, it must berendered inoperable and not used any further.In this case, for warranty matters, contact yourdealer.14. Safety instructionsThis product is not a children's toy.Since it has small parts that can be swallowed,it is especially not suitable for those under theage of 5.The article may not be used for examinations ofthe eyes (e.g. for a pupil test).When in use, heat accumulation, e.g. bycovering, must be avoided.If the product does not work correctly, the firstthing that must be checked is whether this isdue to discharged or incorrectly placed battery/accumulators.If using in traffic, please follow the respectivelegal regulations. |
