61234005032To install the straight guide, insert the guide bar into theholes in the tool base until the notch in the guide barreaches just under the wing bolt (B). Then tighten wingbolt (B). Loosen the wing bolt (A) and adjust thedistance between the bit and the straight guide. At thedesired distance, tighten the wing bolt (A) to secure thestraight guide in place.When cutting, move the tool with the straight guide flushwith the side of the workpiece.Templet guide005033The templet guide provides a sleeve through which thebit passes, allowing use of the tool with templet patterns.To install the templet guide, screw the templet guide onthe base plate.1 2005034Secure the templet to the workpiece. Place the tool onthe templet and move the tool with the templet guidesliding along the side of the templet.1234 567003695NOTE:• The workpiece will be cut a slightly different sizefrom the templet. Allow for the distance (X)between the bit and the outside of the templetguide. The distance (X) can be calculated by usingthe following equation:Distance (X) = (outside diameter of the templetguide - bit diameter) / 2Trimmer guide005035Trimming, curved cuts in veneers for furniture and thelike can be done easily with the trimmer guide. Theguide roller rides the curve and assures a fine cut.1234567005036Install the trimmer guide on the tool base with the wingbolts (B). Loosen the wing bolt (A) and adjust thedistance between the bit and the trimmer guide byturning the fine adjusting screw (1.5 mm per turn). At thedesired distance, tighten the wing bolt (A) to secure thetrimmer guide in place. When adjusting the guide rollerup or down, loosen the wing bolt (C).
