Take out the old dry cells and put thenew ones as shown in the figure. After replacing, returnthe lid to cover it.Cleaning of the lens for the laser lightIf the lens for the laser light becomes dirty, or sawdustadheres to it in such a way that the laser line is no longereasily visible, unplug the saw and remove and clean thelens for the laser light carefully with a damp, soft cloth.Do not use solvents or any petroleum-based cleaners onthe lens.NOTE:• When laser line is dim and almost or entirelyinvisible because of the direct sunlight in the indooror outdoor window-by work, relocate the work areato a place not exposed to the direct sunlight.ASSEMBLYWARNING:• Always be sure that the tool is switched off andunplugged before working on the tool.
