Do not force the cutby applying excessive pressure on the handle.Reduced cutting eficiency, premature wheel wear, aswell as, possible damage to the tool, cut-off wheel orworkpiece may result.Hold the handle irmly. Switch on the tool and wait untilthe wheel attains full speed before lowering gentlyinto the cut. When the wheel contacts the workpiece, gradually bear down on the handle to perform the cut. When the cut is completed, switch off the tool and waituntil the wheel has come to a complete stop beforereturning the handle to the fully elevated position.Cutting capacityMaximum cutting capacity varies depending on thecutting angle and workpiece shape.Max. cutting capacity with a brand-new cut-offwheelCutting angle /Workpiece shape90° 45°127 mm 127 mm115 x 130 mm102 x 194 mm70 x 233 mm115 x 103 mm119 x 119 mm 106 x 106 mm137 x 137 x 10 mm 100 x 100 x 10 mmSecuring workpieceCAUTION: Always place the thread holder onthe shaft threads when securing the workpiece.Failure to do so may result in insuficient securing ofthe workpiece.
