Hold the outerflange with the wrench and loosen the hex nutcounterclockwise with the wrench. Then remove theouter flange.Assemble the inner flange, saw blade, outer flange andhex nut onto the arbor, making sure that the teeth of theblade are pointing down at the front of the table.
