15123010907Overlap the oval hole in the upper blade with that in thelower one. Move the shear blades so that the hole in thebase plate of shear blades are positioned in the center ofthese overlapped oval holes.Fig.24Take out the blade cover from the old shear blades andfit it onto the new ones for easy handling during thereplacement of blades.Fig.25Turn the shear blades upside down and install it so thatpin on the tool fit in the hole in the shear blades. Fit thebent part of the base plate of the shear blades to thegroove in the tool housing.
