Remove the existing diopter by slidingdownwards using the fingernail groove anddetach.3. Insert a new diopter by aligning it to the baseof the diopter holder and sliding it upwards intoplace then reattach the rubber eye piece.Diopter AdjustmentLook through the viewfinder and make sure that the focus frame (Rectangle withCircle) is in sharp focus. If it is not, turn the diopter adjustment dial in the “–” direction ifyou are nearsighted, in the “+” direction if you are farsighted. If this is not sufficient youmay require an optional diopter correction lens.
