64 Part Number 80-1230-9 10/10Step 16 Refer to chart and premix the correctsolution of sanitizer and cool water for your model icemachine.Step 17 Remove the top cover from the ice chute andpour the sanitizer/water solution into the evaporator.Add the entire amount of premixed solution (excesssolution will exit through the overflow tube in the waterreservoir).Step 18 Replace the ice chute cover and allow theice machine to stand for 30 minutes.Step 19 Turn on the water supply to the ice machine.Step 20 Move the toggle switch to the ICE position.The compressor will energize and produce ice with thesanitizing solution.Step 21 The ice machine will freeze and dischargethe sanitizing solution into the bin. Allow the cycle torun for 15 minutes.Step 22 Discard all ice produced during the sanitizingprocess.Step 23 Place the toggle switch in the CLEANposition. The ice machine will automatically time out aseries of flush and rinse cycles, and then stops.
