Do not drop the server Do not leave the server pulled out. Do not install the device with cover removed. Beware of high temperatures Do not get your fingers caught when installing components1. If the server is mounted on a rack, use the UID switch to identify the target server.Refer to Chapter 2 (1.4 Identifying Servers (UID Switch)).2. If the server module is ON, turn it off.Refer to Chapter 3 (1. Turning on the Server).3. Remove the server module from the server enclosure, and put it on a flat rigid deskRefer to Chapter 2 (1.5 Removing Server Module) for details.– If you remove the server module from module enclosure, wait at least 30 seconds before insert itagain into enclosure.– If you are going to install hard disk drive only, you need not to remove the server module.
