93212. Installation and ConnectionsThis section describes how to set up your projector and how to connect video and audio sources.Your projector is simple to set up and use. But before you get started, you must first: Setting Up the Screen and the ProjectorSelecting a LocationThe further your projector is from the screen or wall, the larger the image. The minimum size the image can be is 30"(0.76 m) measured diagonally when the projector is roughly 49 inches (1.3 m) from the wall or screen. The largestthe image can be is 300" (7.6 m) when the projector is about 493 inches (12.5 m) from the wall or screen. Use thechart below as a rough guide. Set up a screen and the projector. Connect your computer or video equip-ment to the projector. See pages 12, 13,14, 15, 16. Connect the supplied power cable. Seepage 17.NOTE: Ensure that the power cable and any othercables are disconnected before moving the projec-tor. When moving the projector or when it is notin use, cover the lens with the lens cap.NOTE:• The distances are indicated by intermediate values between tele and wide.
