If there is a drawer under the hob itshould not be used to store small objects orpaper, since they could damage the fan orinterfere with the cooling if they are suckedinto it.There should be a minimum of 2 cm betweenthe contents of the drawer and fan intake.:Warning – Risk of injury!■ When cooking in a bain marie, the hob andcooking container could shatter due tooverheating. The cooking container in thebain marie must not directly touch thebottom of the water-filled pot. Only use heat-resistant cookware.Risk of injury!■ Saucepans may suddenly jump due toliquid between the pan base and thehotplate. Always keep the hotplate andsaucepan bases dry.
