Toprevent the oven from becoming dirty, insert the universalpan one level lower.Circo-roastingThe Circo-roasting operating mode is particularly suitable forpoultry or meat (e.g. roast pork with crackling) that is to becrispy.Turn large items of food after approximately half to two-thirds ofthe grilling time. For items of food with rind, place them on thewire rack rind-side down for the first half of the grilling time.Pierce duck and goose skin under the wings and legs to allowthe fat to escape.Depending on the type of food you are cooking, the cookingcompartment may become very dirty when you cook food usingCirco-roasting. You should therefore clean the cookingcompartment after every use so that the dirt does not becomeburnt on.At the end of the cooking time, switch the grill off and leave thefood to stand for approximately 10 minutes in the cookingcompartment with the door closed. The recommended standingtime is not included in the grilling times specified.Radiant grillingFor grilling large quantities of flat items, use the Full-surface grill.For grilling small quantities of flat items, use the Centre-areagrill. Place the food to be grilled in the centre of the wire rack.Using the Centre-area grill operating mode will save energy.Brush the items to be grilled with a little oil according to taste.Turn the grilling items half to two-thirds of the way through thegrilling time.You can influence the grilling result by changing the position ofthe wire rack.Note: Always use the universal pan in the standard position(not the other way up).Grilling tableThe details given in the table are guidelines and apply to theenamelled universal pan with wire insert. The values may varydepending on the type and amount of items to be grilled.You should set the lower of the specified temperatures the firsttime.
