52Displaying CD titlesThis unit can display title data for MP3/WMAdisc.When SCROLL is OFF, each time you pressthe [DISP] button to change the title display.MP3/WMA discFILE --> FOLDER --> TITLE --> ARTIST -->ALBUMNotes:• If MP3/WMA disc is not input TAG, “NOTITLE” appears in the display.• Only ASCII characters can be displayed inTags.Selecting a trackTrack-up1. Press the [ ] button to move to thebeginning of the next track.2. Each time you press the [ ] button, thetrack advances to the beginning of the nexttrack.3. For MP3/WMA disc, press and hold the[6] button (1 sec.) to move ahead to +10tracks.Track-down1. Press the [ ] button to move back to thebeginning of the current track.2. Press the [ ] button twice to move backto the beginning of the previous track.3. For MP3/WMA disc, press and hold the [5]button (1 sec.) to move back to -10 tracks.Fast-forward/Fast-reverseFast-forwardPress and hold the [ ] button .Fast-reversePress and hold the [ ] button .* For MP3/WMA discs, it takes some time untilthe start of searching and between tracks. Inaddition, some error may occur in the playtime.CD/MP3/WMA OPERATIONSFolder selectThis function allows you to select a foldercontaining MP3/WMA files and start playingfrom the first track in the folder.1. Press the [ 5 ] or [ 6 ] button.Press the [ 5 ] button to move the previousfolder. Press the [ 6 ] button to move thenext folder.2. To select a track, press the [ ] or [ ]button.Search FunctionPress the [MENU], then rotate the knob tochoose FOLD SCH or TRK SCH.Direct Song/File Access1. Press the knob to enter the track list searchmode.2. Turn the knob to select a digit.3. Press the knob to confirm entry and the tensdigit will flash.4. Turn the knob to select digit.5. Repeat above steps to enter the hundredsand thousands digit, if necessary.NOTE: The unit will only allow the selection ofdigits that correspond with the number of fileson the media you are searching.6. Once the track number appears on thescreen, press the knob to play the selectedsong/file.Searching Folders/Files1. Press the knob to enter the folder listsearch mode.2. Turn the knob to select a folder.3. Press the knob to enter the file list searchmode. And then the track list appears in thedisplay.4. Turn the knob to select a track.5. Press the knob to play.* When play back MP3 / WMA file, thisfunction is performed in the current folder. |
