For glass media, follow the installation instructions for pre-cleaning.• Also gently remove any build-up on the pilot assembly including, if equipped; thermopile, thermocouple,flame sensor and igniter. NOTE: The flame sensor may require to be cleaned with an abrasive, suchas emery cloth, to remove any oxides. It is important that the pilot assembly is not painted.• Inspect all accessible gaskets and replace as required.• Access the blower, if equipped and clean using a soft brush and vacuum.• Re-assemble the various components in reverse order.• Inspect the relief system. The appliance relief through the main glass door or through the flaps on thefirebox top. Ensure they open freely, and close sealed.
