Adjust the chestpad so that fingertips just touch the handles while seated. Select the desiredresistance by turning the main weight selection knob and the add on weightlever. Grip the handles and position body with head and chest up. Place feetfirmly on the foot pads.NOTE: Raise elbows to focus primarily on the Posterior Deltoid and upperback muscles.
