The ide-al height of the saddle is when, with yourfoot resting on the pedal in the lowestposition, the knee is slightly bent, almostfully extended.adjusting the horizontal position of the saddle - fig. 01The saddle is secured with two screws (A) which allow forward/backward (A1) adjust-ments to be made and the inclination (A2) to be adjusted.
