Check the second box to the right labeled “EMAIL” if you would like your DVRto send an e-mail to an assigned e-mail account configured under “EMAIL SETUP”.Check the box labeled “FULL SCREEN” on the right if you would like the channel that hasdetected motion to automatically expand to full screen.HDD LOSS: Check this box if you would like to trigger the alarm when HDD is operatingirregularly.HDD SPACE: Check this box if you would like to trigger the alarm when the “HDD Overwrite”option is disabled and the HDD is full.VIDEO LOSS: Check this box if you would like to trigger the alarm when any of the camerasignal is distorted or loss.ALARM TIME: Option for the duration of alarm after an alarm is triggered. If “MotionDetect” recording is enabled, this option controls the duration of the recording time afterthe motion has stopped.To manage the installed Hard Disk, click “MainMenu” “Device” “HDD” to enter “HDDMANAGEMENT”. The HDD Management screenshows the capacity and available recording time of theinstalled hard drive and let you configure whether tooverwrite old recordings or stop when HDD is full.Select “HDD Format” to format the installed Hard DiskDrive and erase all recorded files.Select “USB Format” to format the installed USB Driveby erasing all recorded files on the drive.To enable your DVR to overwrite old recording files,choose “ENABLE” at the OVERWRITE field and thenclick Apply.To configure the Alarm mode of each channel,click “Main Menu” “Device” “Alarm” to enterinto “ALARM SETUP” menu.BUZZER: Options are ON or OFF. Set this toOFF to disable the buzzer, or set this option to ONand then set the ALARM TIME option for how longthe duration of the alarm will be. This option mustbe enabled if any of the alarm option below will beenabled.
