6Operation1 Detection range 2 Function□ This light is equipped with three motion sensors:zone1 covers 60 degrees, zone 2 covers 100degrees and zone 3 covers 60 degrees. There is a220 degree maximum total in all three zones.□ When power is first turned on the light will go toself-calibration mode for about 1 minute.□ During calibration mode the light will switch onfor 1 minute to test bulb activity.□ If calibration was done during day time thelight will automatically go to stand-by modeuntil dusk.□ If calibration was done during night time thelight will resume normal operation.□ The factory default setting is:□ Night Mode: the light will turn on for 3minutes when heat/movement is detectedthrough the front lens of the motiondetectors.□ To change detection/light activity to ALL DayMode, push the button at the bottom of thehousing.3 Programmable functions 4 Reset functionNOTE:The hidden LED indicator will be constantly red in NightMode. The hidden LED indicator will stay off in ALL DayMode.□ Programmable Functions:□ Night Mode: light works at night only (factorydefault setting)□ ALL Day Mode: light works day and nightMode Button□ Fixed Light Mode: allows the unit to function as atraditional motion activated flood light where thelight head will not move. Press the mode button for3 seconds, the hidden LED will flash RED in a quickflash pattern. To exit this mode, press the modebutton for 3 seconds.□ If the tracking light motor malfunctions, thehidden LED indicator will flash red and thelight will stop turning automatically.□ In ALL Day Mode, the red light will flash onand off for 5 seconds; in Night Mode, the redlight will flash in regular patterns.□ If the motor malfunctions, simply switch offand on at the main power supply to reset thetracking light operation. Below are thepossible causes of the malfunction:- External force: the light head is blocked byobjects or is blown by strong wind and isunable to turn properly. The hidden LED willflash red to signal the malfunction.□ - Tracking light motor: when the motor is outof synchronization, malfunctions, or isdamaged, the hidden LED will flash red tosignal the abnormal situation. Switch off andon at the main power supply. If the motorstops working, the unit can still be used as aregular (fixed) motion sensor security light. |
