73The Shooting MenuMenu GuidePreset White BalancePreset white balance is used when shooting undermixed lighting or to compensate for light sources witha strong color cast (for example, to make pictures takenunder a lamp with a red shade look as though they hadbeen taken under white light). When (White bal.preset) is selected from the white-balance menu, thecamera will zoom in and the menu shown above atright will be displayed in the monitor.Preset White BalanceThe flash does not fire when preset white balance is measured.
