60Taking Photos During Movie Live ViewIf Take photos is selected for Custom Setting g4(Assign shutter button, 0 364), photographs can betaken at any time during movie live view by pressingthe shutter-release button all the way down. If movierecording is in progress, recording will end and the footagerecorded to that point will be saved. The photograph will berecorded at the current image area setting using a crop with anaspect ratio of 16 : 9. Image quality is determined by the optionselected for Image quality in the shooting menu (0 79).
