This rate is maintained for upto 2 pictures.j Best Shot Selector (BSS)The “best shot selector” is recommended when shooting with the flash off or thecamera zoomed in, or in other situations in which inadvertent motion can result inblurred pictures. When BSS is on, the camera takes up to ten pictures while theshutter-release button is held down. The sharpest picture in the series isautomatically selected and saved.W Multi-shot 16Each time shutter-release button is pressed, camera takes 16shots at about 1.3 frames per second and arranges them in asingle picture.The recorded image mode will be fixed to y Normal (3264)in L18, and to d Normal (3072) in L16.
